A Coach Approach To Leading
Have you ever sought out someone to help you think through a particular situation in ministry? Did you receive advice when you really just wanted to talk through an issue? Then perhaps you are looking for a COACH.
Your Region staff has been trained in both individual and group coaching and are available to coach you individually or to coach leadership groups in your church. The goal is to help you or your leadership to move from where you are to where you want to be.
Coaching can help you:
- Discover solutions to situations and the means for implementing the solutions
- Find support and encouragement in reaching your goals
- Receive guidance and engage in dialog
- Be accountable to someone for your action steps
- Discover and take action in reaching your goals
