| American
Baptist Youth (ABY) Scholarships are awarded based on need and
the involvement of the applicant in the life of their local church and community. These are one-time scholarships in the amount of $750. The scholarships will be paid directly to the school the recipient will be attending in the Fall. The criteria for young persons interested are as follows: • Must be between the ages of 18-22 • Must be entering your first year of higher education beyond high school • Must be a member of a congregation within the ABC IN/KY or the ABC Greater Indianapolis Regions Applications and all references must be complete and delivered to the Region Office by May 1, 2010 for consideration.
